Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

*We do not accept any return or exchanges. All sales are final. Live sale deposits for first time customers are non-refundable.

*Once your package is in possession of the shipping carrier, we are no longer held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages. Please contact your local post office for any concerns you may have with your order.

*If your package arrived broken, depending on availability, we may offer a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will offer store credit for the broken item. BUYERS MUST SEND PROOF OF THE BROKEN ITEM WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.

For apparel orders:

*We do not accept cancellations or refunds. All items are made to order, therefor we cannot offer any refunds/returns. Please make sure to check the available size charts or reach out with any product questions.

*If you receive your order and notice any quality control issues, incorrect order or missing products, please reach out to ladyluxecrystals@gmail.com with the order number, photos of the issue and a description of the problem. We will get back to you as quickly as possible with a replacement or store credit options! We are a two person small business and mistakes can happen, but we are happy to fix any errors or answer any questions or concerns.

For candles:

*All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be made.

*If your candle melts or breaks during transit, please email us within 48hrs of delivery date at ladyluxecrystals@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the damaged item/items and a description of the problem. We will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

*Please be sure to read the candle care card that comes with every order. If the care card is lost it can always be found on our website in every candle listing.

For cups:

*All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be made.

*If your cup breaks during transit, please email us at ladyluxecrystals@gmail.com within 48 hrs of delivery. Please include your order number, a photo of the broken item and a description of the issue. Once we receive that in an email, we will send out a replacement if a replacement is available. If a replacement is not available, store credit will be issued.

*Please read the cup care card included with every cup purchase. Our cups are not dishwasher safe and putting them in the dishwasher may result in damage to the vinyl wrap.
